SKATEBOARDING CLASS AT ANTHEM HILLS SKATE PARK
A skateboarding class is set to be offered from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays from Jan. 23 to Feb. 27 at Anthem Hills Park, 2256 N. Reunion Drive. The city of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department plans to offer the program. Registration for the six-week course is $85. Youths 6 or older are invited to participate. ETNIES SKATEPARK AFTER SCHOOL SKATE CLUB
The Etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest afterschool skate club runs m-f 4pm-6pm on days when school is in session. The program is free and a great way for younger skaters to meet up with others who like to skate too. The club is monitored by skatepark staff and often have in club contests and also have access to the skatepark game room. Sign up at the park today!

MODI’IN BMX/SKATE PARK-ISRAEL
Team members from SITE are in Israel this week to review the construction progress of the largest skate park in Israel that is currently being built. SITE worked with the city and a local engineering firm on the design and construction documents and is now assisting both including the local general contractor by performing construction observation during the build out. This skate park is approximately 30,000 SF that will include a bridge, flow course, and other popular skate park features that will suit the desires and needs of the riders in Israel.

ELEMENT MAKE IT COUNT 2012 CONTEST SERIES
The Element “Make it Count” 2012 International contest series is scheduled to kick off on Jan. 7th, 2012 in Orlando, Fl at Midtown Skate Park. Entry fee for the contest is one canned food item that will be donated to local food banks. The overall winner of the contest will win a trip to California for the Finals and get a private session at The Berrics with the Element team for the summer of 2012. This year’s contest series will bring them by two SITE skate parks including the world famous Kettering/DC Skate Plaza and our Kearns Skate Park located in Salt Lake City, UT!
