Longmont -Sandstone Ranch
Description
SITE Design Group, Inc. worked with the City of Longmont, CO, and California Skateparks, to build the Sandstone Ranch Skate Park. SITE conducted several meetings with the community as well as several design workshops with the skate park focus group. The meetings provided general consensus regarding design direction and resulted in a final skate park design that consists of an individual boal with a flow course, skate-able pathways leading to a street plaza area and spectator seating with a shade structure in the middle of the park.
